Sales Manager will manage and recruit residential sales force in the Indianapolis area. Conduct interviews and new representative trainings. Manager will also conduct sales meetings on a daily basis. Manager will be expected to be in the field with the representatives and should be looked at as a tone setter and example. Commission based sales structure with huge overrides! Candidates must have proven record of sales and management success.
Sales personnel will market and sell commercial and residential security solutions while developing lasting relationships with valued customers. Commission based sales structure with the highest paid commissions in the industry. No experience necessary, full training provided. Implement and oversee nationwide marketing efforts in online lead generation, verification, and implementation. Oversee the creative aspect to ad design and positioning. Take an entrepreneurial approach to building a strong marketing department and team. This will be a huge opportunity at the ground floor with executive type advancement.
